Guest Relations Officer – Reception

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join the reception team at our Four Seasons property. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the luxury experience Four Seasons is known for while ensuring every interaction feels personal and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, recognizing returning visitors and introducing new guests to the property.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests and complaints, coordinating with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest records and reservation details using the property’s management system.
• Promote property amenities such as private pools, spa services and beach experiences, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist with special arrangements, including romantic packages, family stays and event bookings.
