About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join the team at its exclusive resort on Desroches Island. The role focuses on delivering warm, personalized service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to their rooms, and handle luggage delivery and collection.
• Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick‑ups.
• Manage the resort buggy, keeping it clean, reporting any damage, and following security and driving procedures.
• Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain the Arrival/Departure lounge and back‑office areas, ensuring supplies such as wet towels, water, and welcome drinks are stocked.
• Uphold Forbes and LQA service standards in all guest interactions.

• Ability to work collaboratively with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep work areas tidy and organized.

Required skills

• Basic record‑keeping and documentation skills.
• Experience operating a buggy or similar vehicle in a resort environment.
• Knowledge of security and safety procedures related to guest transportation.
