Hairdresser, Beautician cum Spa Therapist

About the role

Constance Lemuria, a luxury resort on Praslin Island, Seychelles, is looking for a talented Hairdresser, Beautician cum Spa Therapist to join its wellness and beauty team. The role involves delivering a full range of hair, beauty and spa services to an international clientele in a high‑end, tropical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hair services including cutting, styling, coloring and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform professional beauty treatments such as makeup application, facials and skincare consultations.
• Deliver spa therapies including massages, body treatments and wellness rituals using appropriate techniques and products.
• Conduct client consultations to understand desired outcomes and recommend customized solutions.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation and safety in all treatment areas.
• Manage client appointments efficiently and keep detailed service records.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Recommend and educate clients on suitable products and after‑care.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven professional experience as a hairdresser, beautician and/or spa therapist.
• Valid beauty or cosmetology licence/certification.
• Spa therapy certification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Demonstrated expertise in hair cutting, styling, coloring and treatment techniques.
• Proficiency in makeup application and skincare treatments.
• Knowledge of spa massage techniques and body treatment therapies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment and flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for hands‑on treatments.
