Hotel Security Officer

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests, residents, and staff at its tropical resort. You will be the visible security presence on the property, helping to protect people and assets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to deter and detect security threats.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms and access‑control systems, reporting any suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to incidents such as accidents, theft, disturbances or emergencies.
• Conduct routine inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Enforce hotel policies, manage authorized access, and assist guests with security‑related questions.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping and management for coordinated security operations.
• Support emergency preparedness plans, conduct drills and prepare detailed incident reports.

Required profile

• Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to incidents.
