IT Coordinator – Resort Operations

About the role

Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort on Mahé, Seychelles, is looking for a proactive IT Coordinator to oversee its technology landscape. You will act as the central point for IT projects, support, and infrastructure, ensuring seamless digital experiences for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects from start to finish, respecting timelines and budgets.
• Provide first‑line technical support to employees and guests, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date IT documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and asset inventories.
• Monitor systems and infrastructure, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Organise staff inductions and training on new IT tools and procedures.
• Manage the IT ticketing system, prioritising requests and tracking resolution times.
• Track IT expenditures and recommend cost‑saving measures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT coordination, technical support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in a hospitality or resort environment is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
