Laundry Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Laundry Attendant to join our luxury resort team. You will ensure all linens, towels and robes are cleaned, pressed and presented to the highest standards for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Sort used linens into categories, identify stained or torn items, and load/unload dryers.
• Shake wet sheets, table linens and napkins before ironing, feed washed linens into the ironer, and retrieve folded items for stacking or hanging.
• Fold clean towels, rugs and robes using manual and mechanical folding equipment, and place finished products on appropriate racks.
• Operate and maintain folding equipment, reporting any issues to the manager.
• Support valet dry‑cleaning and housekeeping teams during high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• Ability to follow Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
• Team‑oriented attitude and professional interaction with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Attention to detail when handling linens and reporting equipment problems.
