Outlet Manager

About the role

Join Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort on Mahé, Seychelles, as an Outlet Manager. You’ll lead multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Be present on the floor during service – visible, plugged in, and engaged.
• Turn guest feedback into immediate, effective fixes.
• Build a motivated team that wants to grow, not just clock in.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, helping them outgrow their current roles.
• Maintain strict stock control, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Identify trends in performance data and act on them.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the resort runs as a cohesive unit.
• Provide constructive feedback that drives personal and team development.

Required profile

• 5+ years in hotel operations or outlet/hospitality management.
• Degree (or solid equivalent) in Hotel Management.
• Proven experience leading, hiring, and developing teams.
• Strong financial acumen – budgeting, forecasting, cost control.
• Excellent communicator who earns immediate trust.
• Calm under pressure with quick problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable with hospitality technology and POS systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus.
• Track record of improving processes, not just maintaining them.
