Recreational Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a Recreational Attendant to join our luxury resort in Seychelles. The role supports guest experiences by maintaining the gym and recreational areas to the highest standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service in line with the Maison’s standards.
• Provide operational support for the resort’s gym facilities.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety and a memorable guest experience.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or certification.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar hospitality or recreational role.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to varied situations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
