Reservation Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Reservation Agent to join our team at Constance Lemuria, Seychelles. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations and enquiries with warmth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest reservations accurately through our reservation management system, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and promptly.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide comprehensive information about accommodation options, facilities, services, and special packages.
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests with empathy and problem‑solving expertise.
• Maintain detailed and organised reservation records and databases, ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through upselling additional services and experiences.
• Liaise effectively with housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless coordination.
• Resolve booking discrepancies and customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service or reservation role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively whilst maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to handle guest concerns with empathy.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and guest needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reservation systems and related computer applications.
• Experience with hospitality management software.
