About the role

The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering a warm, friendly dining experience at Club Med Resorts. You will help organise the team, ensure smooth service flow and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in staff organisation, restaurant logistics and buffet supervision.
• Lead, train and develop the restaurant team to maintain service quality.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and create additional sales opportunities.
• Optimize cost‑effectiveness of the service while preserving guest satisfaction.
• Decorate the restaurant according to evening themes and maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and material in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards, hygiene and safety procedures.
