About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. This remote position focuses on driving top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, initiating contact, and qualifying leads for senior sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
- Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends, and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
