Security Engineer Annotator

About the role

We are seeking a Security Engineer Annotator to enrich cybersecurity datasets used for training AI models. In this role you will evaluate code samples, architectural designs, and threat scenarios, labeling them to improve the accuracy of AI‑driven security recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate cybersecurity datasets and threat scenarios with precise security labels.
• Evaluate secure coding practices and conduct vulnerability assessments.
• Label data related to penetration testing, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Review implementations of authentication, encryption, and access control mechanisms.
• Assess AI‑generated responses to security threats and provide structured feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering.
• Strong understanding of secure software development principles.
• Knowledge of network security, cryptography, and vulnerability management.
• Hands‑on experience with penetration testing tools.
• Familiarity with OWASP security principles and common vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCSP.
