Guest Service Agent – Arabic Speaking

About the role

The Guest Service Agent – Arabic Speaking will be the first point of contact for Arabic‑speaking guests at Raffles Seychelles. Working within the Front Office/Guest Relations team, you will ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s ultra‑luxury standards and creates memorable, personalized experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, handling all requests and ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and other departments to fulfil special guest requests and arrange excursions.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales and in‑house facilities, and upsell seasonal packages, loyalty programmes and other promotions.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, create VIP records, and ensure repeat guests receive tailored recognition.
• Prepare pre‑arrival communications, manage amenity orders, and inspect VIP rooms prior to arrival.
• Handle guest complaints, follow up on corrective actions, and track feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure seamless communication across departments and keep arrival reports up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in front‑office or guest‑relations roles within a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, taking ownership of issues and following through to resolution.
• Familiarity with hotel loyalty programmes, seasonal packages and inter‑property sales.
