Assistant Spa Manager

About the role

Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort on Mahé Island, Seychelles, is looking for a professional and customer‑focused Assistant Spa Manager to join its award‑winning wellness team. You will support the Spa Manager in delivering world‑class spa experiences while helping to grow the spa’s portfolio of treatments and services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager in daily operations, ensuring high service standards.
• Supervise, schedule and motivate the spa team to achieve optimal performance.
• Manage guest bookings, inquiries and feedback with prompt, professional communication.
• Develop and launch new spa treatments and wellness programmes.
• Monitor inventory, place orders for products and supplies, and ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Support financial management, including budgeting, revenue tracking and cost control.
• Collaborate with other departments for cross‑selling and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular quality checks and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with external vendors and assist in organising special events and promotions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and customer‑service orientation.
• Fluency in English; French or Creole is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and adapt to a tropical island environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spa management software.
• Experience using financial management tools.
