Pizzaïolo / Pizzaïola – Napolitana Pizza Maker

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated pizza maker to join our Napolitana pizzeria. The successful candidate will work side‑by‑side with another pizza maker, preparing, topping and baking each pizza according to our traditional recipes. The role takes place in a bustling restaurant setting where the emphasis is on authentic Italian pizza quality. Our menu specializes in classic Napolitana pizzas, known for their soft, airy crust and fresh toppings. You will be responsible for ensuring each pizza meets our quality standards before it leaves the kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the pizza base and dough according to the established method.
• Add toppings and garnish each pizza following the recipe.
• Cook the pizzas in the oven to achieve the authentic Napolitana style.
• Collaborate with a fellow pizza maker to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Available to work Tuesday through Sunday, with one regular day off each week.
