Restaurants & Bars Manager

About the role

The Restaurants & Bars Manager is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the food and beverage outlets at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island. You will lead a team to deliver consistent, high‑standard service that aligns with brand standards and SOPs, while driving profit and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with Waldorf Astoria Service Delivery Standards and Quality Assurance Audits.
• Maintain a high level of guest service by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and communicating clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Lead, motivate and support team members, fostering teamwork and a focus on achieving collective goals.
• Promote the resort’s services and facilities to guests and suppliers, enhancing brand visibility.
• Ensure strict adherence to fire, hygiene, health and safety policies, as well as grooming and uniform standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational and environmental procedures within the resort.
