Restaurant Assistant Manager – Club Med Resorts

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering a warm, friendly and high‑quality dining experience for guests. You will help organise the team, oversee daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in communicating guidelines and priorities to the team.
• Organise staff schedules, manage restaurant logistics and supervise buffet service.
• Lead, train and develop restaurant staff to ensure excellent service.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Drive additional sales and optimise cost‑effectiveness of service.
• Decorate the restaurant according to evening themes and maintain a pleasant ambience.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and ensure compliance with Club Med standards, hygiene and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Agile and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Meticulous, attentive and able to work under pressure.
