About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at its tropical resort. The role supports the kitchen in delivering high‑quality, luxury dining experiences for guests in a unique, tree‑house villa setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items according to Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain station cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Contribute to inventory control, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Support the creation of dishes that reflect the resort’s tropical theme and guest preferences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or fine‑dining kitchen, preferably at a similar level.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and commitment to Four Seasons’ service culture.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow detailed recipes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
