Director of Administration & Human Resources

About the role

The Ministry is seeking a senior leader to direct and coordinate all administration and human resources functions. This role ensures optimal employee productivity, high‑quality service delivery, and strict compliance with government policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor and review HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, promotion, compensation, welfare and disciplinary systems.
• Manage training programmes, performance appraisal processes and administrative services including security and maintenance.
• Prepare and control personnel and operational budgets.
• Liaise with other ministries and public institutions on HR and administrative matters.

Required profile

• Master’s, degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven strategic leadership and decision‑making ability.
• Experience in policy development and implementation.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, advisory and communication capabilities.
• High integrity, professionalism and accountability.
