About the role
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests at a Club Med resort. You will welcome visitors, manage arrivals and departures, and provide information about on‑site and off‑site services, while promoting additional offers such as meals, B&B packages and entertainment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Operate the telephone switchboard and respond to guest inquiries.
- Manage cash‑box transactions and process payments.
- Promote sales of stays, meals, and B&B options.
- Provide accurate information about resort services, activities and local events.
- Maintain up‑to‑date guest records and ensure a smooth front‑desk operation.
Required profile
- Flexible and agile, able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Attentive with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Meticulous and responsive in handling guest requests.
Required skills
- Computer skills for reservation and office systems.
- Ability to operate a telephone switchboard.
- Cash‑handling proficiency.
