Reservation Agent / Consultant – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a professional, customer‑focused Reservation Agent to join our team at Constance Lemuria, a luxury resort in Seychelles. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling bookings and enquiries with warmth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest reservations accurately using our reservation management system and keep records up to date.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and online channels, providing detailed information on rooms, facilities and special packages.
• Handle modifications, cancellations and special requests, applying problem‑solving skills and empathy.
• Maintain organized reservation databases and ensure data integrity.
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services and experiences.
• Liaise with housekeeping, food & beverage and guest services to ensure seamless coordination.
• Resolve booking discrepancies and guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor reservation trends and report relevant information to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service or reservation role, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask accurately under pressure.
• Problem‑solving mindset with empathy for guest concerns.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Multilingual abilities, especially French or other European languages, are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation system software.
• Experience using hospitality management computer applications.
