About the role
Four Seasons is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the all‑day and fine‑dining outlets at its tropical resort property. The role combines operational oversight with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, evaluate, motivate and coach restaurant staff, supervisors and assistant managers.
- Maintain and enforce cultural and core service standards across all dining operations.
- Develop and execute long‑term strategic plans for restaurant performance.
- Be visible on the floor, recognize employee achievements, and manage guest complaints, special requests and public relations.
- Oversee food quality, ingredient sourcing, preparation methods, and ensure compliance with culinary standards.
- Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits, guiding guests through beverage selections.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in hotel or luxury restaurant environments.
- Strong commitment to guest‑centric service and the Four Seasons’ values.
- Ability to plan strategically while handling day‑to‑day operational details.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of fine‑dining service standards.
- Expertise in wine, spirits, and beverage program management.
