Bar Employee (M/W) – Seasonal at Resort

About the role

Join the vibrant bar team at Club Med’s Seychelles resort and create memorable moments for guests in a premium all‑inclusive environment. This seasonal position offers the chance to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organise products, consumables, laundry and PMH supplies.
• Set up the bar, counter and decorations for service periods.
• Supply distribution points and workstations during shifts.
• Welcome guests, advise on drink choices and prepare beverages according to technical specifications.
• Promote product sales and contribute ideas to increase turnover.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med policies, including discounts, talent standards and alcohol restrictions for minors.
• Maintain a lively bar atmosphere and support team events.
• Follow cleaning schedules, keep furniture, counters and equipment spotless, and uphold HACCP and health‑safety rules.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with guests.
• Efficient in managing priorities and delivering timely service.
• Attentive to providing personalized guest experiences.
• Experience of 1‑3 years in bar or hospitality service.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge and application.
