Bar Employee – Seasonal Position at Club Med Resort, Seychelles

About the role

Join the vibrant bar team at Club Med's Seychelles resort for a seasonal contract. You will create memorable drink experiences for guests in a multicultural, all‑inclusive environment, contributing to the resort’s lively atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and store products, consumables, laundry and PMH supplies.
• Set up the bar, counters and decorations for each service.
• Welcome guests, advise on drink choices and prepare beverages according to technical specifications.
• Promote sales, suggest products and support financial turnover.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP and bar‑specific health rules.
• Ensure minors do not consume alcohol and respect all Club Med policies.
• Clean and sanitize the bar area, furniture, equipment and workstations before, during and after service.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in bar or hospitality service.
• Excellent communication in English and French.
• Sociable, efficient, attentive and able to manage priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food‑safety standards.
• Proficiency in drink preparation and bar equipment handling.
