Beach Waiter – F&B Service at Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the renowned Raffles Seychelles team as a Beach Waiter, delivering attentive food and beverage service to guests enjoying the resort’s beachfront setting. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest experience is smooth, friendly, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, acknowledge VIP arrivals, and present menus, including children’s options.
• Know all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods to answer guest queries accurately.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Operate the POS system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and inform a manager of any problems.
• Follow cash and credit‑card handling guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly dining area.
• Polish silver, restock condiments, and ensure workstations are fully stocked.
• Report guest comments, handle equipment responsibly, and adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, assist other outlets during peak periods, and help minimize waste.

Required profile

• Friendly, courteous, and attentive attitude with strong guest‑service focus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate POS transactions.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
