Carousel Attendant

About the role

Cheval Blanc Seychelles is recruiting a Carousel Attendant to create and supervise a world-class children's program that reflects the Maison's commitment to luxury and excellence. The role provides operating support to the Carousel, overseeing day-to-day operations, designing engaging activities, ensuring safety standards and delivering a memorable experience for young guests.

Key responsibilities

• Create and supervise a world-class children's program aligned with the Maison's standards of luxury and excellence
• Provide operating support to the Carousel
• Oversee day-to-day operations and design engaging activities
• Ensure safety standards are met
• Deliver a memorable experience for young guests

Required profile

• Diploma and/or relevant certification
• Proven track record of management in a resort/hotel environment; pre-opening experience is a plus
• Minimum 3 years in a similar capacity
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Thoroughness, good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility across different work situations

Required skills

• Computer literacy and excellent command of Microsoft Office
• Excellent knowledge of managing recreational centres/departments within the hospitality industry
