Senior Majordome - Russian Speaker

About the role

Cheval Blanc Seychelles, a luxury resort on Anse Intendance with 52 villas, restaurants, spa and kids' club, is looking for a Senior Majordome fluent in Russian. The role provides courteous, professional and efficient service to guests in line with Cheval Blanc standards, supporting the Front Office Management and maintaining a well-groomed appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Support Front Office Management with daily briefings, monthly meetings, guest arrival transfers, villa check-ins and check-outs, inventory checks and daily reports and logbooks submitted to the Guest Services Manager.
• Maintain and update the guest agenda daily, track guest locations and keep guest history up to date.
• Welcome guests at their villa, give villa orientation and offer services such as unpacking and packing luggage.
• Assist with guest laundry in coordination with housekeeping and arrange amenities for arrivals and stays.
• Provide the final invoice one day before departure at 6pm, together with the departure gift and General Manager card, and present birthday and anniversary gifts.
• Perform villa check-in and check-out procedures and complete internal forms such as guest profile registration cards within 24 hours of arrival.
• Greet guests politely, anticipate their needs, help update guest records and monitor stock inventory.

Required profile

• Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school graduate.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a luxury resort or hotel in a similar role; F&B service background is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with good organisational abilities and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work alone and in a team, proactive, reliable, friendly, polite and keenly attentive to detail.
