Cluster Spa Manager

About the role

The Cluster Spa Manager leads the Spa and Wellness operations across Anantara MAIA Seychelles Villas and AVANI+ Barbarons Seychelles. Reporting to senior resort management, the role combines strategic direction, commercial performance, and day‑to‑day operational oversight to deliver brand‑aligned, luxury spa experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for both spa properties, establishing consistent standards while respecting each brand’s positioning.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalised service, treatment quality, and proactive handling of feedback and VIP guests.
• Oversee daily spa operations, including treatment scheduling, therapist productivity, room utilisation, hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage financial performance: set budgets, monitor revenue streams (treatment and retail), control costs, and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, seasonal promotions, and partnerships to attract both resort guests and external clientele.
• Lead, coach, and develop spa teams, handling recruitment, performance reviews, training programmes, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive retail strategy, product knowledge, stock control, and promotional displays to maximise product sales.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury spa or wellness operations, preferably across multiple properties.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in budgeting, revenue optimisation, and cost control.
• Passion for wellness and luxury hospitality, with a focus on delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with resort General Managers and department heads.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor teams, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
