Cluster Spa Manager – Luxury Resorts

About the role

The Cluster Spa Manager leads the Spa and Wellness operations across Anantara MAIA Seychelles Villas and AVANI+ Barbarons Seychelles, ensuring brand‑aligned, personalised guest experiences while achieving financial, operational and team performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for both spa properties, establishing consistent standards and aligning teams with resort goals.
• Oversee daily spa operations, including treatment scheduling, therapist productivity, room utilisation and hygiene standards.
• Manage the full financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, monitoring revenue, retail sales and cost control.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, seasonal promotions, and partnerships to attract both resort guests and external clientele.
• Continuously review and optimise the treatment menu, introducing innovative wellness experiences that reflect the Seychelles environment.
• Lead, coach and develop spa teams, conduct performance reviews and create training programmes.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance with Seychelles legislation and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset combined with a genuine passion for wellness and luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience leading multi‑property spa or wellness operations and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team‑development skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior resort management and communicate effectively across departments.
