Compliance Officer – Capital Markets (Seychelles)

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Seychelles office and support the company’s clients by following regulatory procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance and support to the Compliance team.
• Assist in the preparation of various regulatory reporting obligations.
• Advise the team on regulatory updates and liaise with external consultants, legal advisors, and auditors.
• Draft and update corporate document templates, forms, manuals, agreements and compliance reports.
• Support AML and compliance activities, including communication with regulators.
• Cooperate with local Competent Authorities by responding to their requests.
• Monitor and enforce regulation standards and procedures.

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICA Diploma, CISI).
• At least two years of compliance experience within the Capital Markets industry.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
