F&B Runner / Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the renowned Raffles Seychelles team as a front‑of‑house professional delivering attentive food and beverage service in a luxury hotel environment. You will interact with guests, support the dining operations, and ensure a seamless, memorable experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Read daily event schedules and welcome VIP arrivals.
• Know all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods to answer guest queries.
• Present children’s menus, describe specials, and suggest alternatives when appropriate.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively and professionally.
• Operate the POS system to ring up sales, print and close checks, and complete cash‑out procedures.
• Carry trays, bus, and reset tables with linen, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and report resolutions to a manager.
• Maintain a clean, orderly restaurant and adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including table setting and stock replenishment.

Required skills
