Freelance Behavioral Health Coach – Remote (Seychelles)

About the role

Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a freelance Behavioral Health Coach. You will deliver 30‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental wellbeing and personal growth, working flexibly from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one mental health or coaching sessions via video.
• Address sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, work‑life balance, and relationship goals.
• Assist clients in defining personal or career objectives.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• ICF‑certified coaches must have a minimum of 200 coaching hours; counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

Required skills

• Coaching techniques and evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
