About the role
The Front Office Manager leads the Front Office team at Raffles Seychelles, ensuring the highest standards of guest service while driving occupancy and revenue performance in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Front Office staff to achieve optimal occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to implement strategies that maximize RevPAR.
- Monitor and promote Front Office marketing initiatives, inter‑hotel sales, and loyalty program usage.
- Analyze Property Management System (PMS) reports and business intelligence data to inform operational decisions.
- Audit room counts and manage inventory to prevent overbooking and maximize sell‑outs.
- Ensure VIP, repeat, and flagged guests receive personalized recognition and coordinated service with Guest Relations and concierge teams.
- Oversee service recovery with empathy and professionalism.
- Approve upgrades, special amenities, and rebates strategically to enhance guest experience.
- Communicate daily occupancy trends, VIP movements, and guest feedback to the Director of Rooms.
- Partner with Human Resources to plan staffing, recruit talent, and design induction programs.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel Front Office environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret occupancy and revenue metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage high‑profile guests and handle service recovery situations.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of professional excellence and accountability.
