About the role
The Guest Service Agent – German Speaking will be the first point of contact for German‑speaking guests at Raffles Seychelles. Working within the Front Office/Guest Relations team, you will ensure a seamless, personalized experience that reflects the brand’s ultra‑luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all guest requests and inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill special guest requirements and arrange excursions.
- Promote inter‑hotel sales, seasonal packages, frequent flyer and loyalty programmes.
- Manage pre‑arrival communications, including emails and travel agent follow‑ups.
- Maintain and update guest profiles, creating VIP records and tracking feedback.
- Inspect VIP rooms prior to arrival and oversee amenity preparation.
- Address guest complaints, initiate corrective actions and ensure follow‑up.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in front‑office or guest‑relations roles within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of hotel loyalty programmes and promotional packages.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
