IT Support & System Technician

About the role

Cheval Blanc Seychelles is recruiting an IT Support & System Technician to help plan and implement all IT systems at the Maison and keep them running efficiently and in line with Cheval Blanc standards. The role supports guests and staff through direct interaction and by coordinating ongoing training needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support users of information systems directly and coordinate their ongoing training needs
• Provide technical support to Ambassadeurs and guests for hardware and software issues, in person and remotely
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems quickly to minimise downtime and disruption

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems or a similar field
• At least two years' experience in a similar role
• Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle or Cisco certification
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks and related technologies
• Solid knowledge of IT administration best practices and system security
• Leadership, organisational and time-management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
