Pest Control Technician

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician in Seychelles. The role involves inspecting buildings and applying safe pest control treatments, with travel to various locations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and premises to detect signs of pest infestations.
• Apply pesticides, traps and baits to eliminate pests safely in and around buildings and structures.
• Safely operate pest control equipment and tools, ensuring correct usage and maintenance.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations in the use of pesticides.
• Provide efficient, prompt service to customers and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of services, pests encountered, chemicals used and outcomes.
• Carry out follow-up inspections to check treatment effectiveness and adjust where needed.
• Work alongside other team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations; travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the client.
• No commission charged.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the different chemicals and pesticides used in pest control.
• Ability to perform tasks safely and efficiently in line with regulations.
• Good customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
