Housekeeping Team Leader – Resort (Seychelles)

About the role

Club Med Seychelles is looking for a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across its 250‑400 rooms. You will lead a multicultural cleaning team, coordinate daily operations, and support the overall guest experience in a vibrant resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, reporting any issues to maintenance.
• Participate in cleaning duties during peak periods to guarantee service continuity.
• Manage inventory, identify supply needs, and ensure proper use of automated cleaning equipment.
• Verify compliance with Club Med quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with other resort departments to deliver seamless service.
• Coach, support, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Discreet, organized, and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a multicultural team.
• Responsive to guest expectations and capable of anticipating needs.
• Adaptable, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced resort environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as 1Check.
• Experience using Property Management Systems (PMS).
