Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will support the Director in leading the Food & Beverage division at Four Seasons Seychelles, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach and discipline employees and managers across multiple Food & Beverage operations.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions and inventory control while driving revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design menus and wine lists that balance quality and price.
• Maintain visible presence in operations, build relationships with regular and new guests, and attend regular operational meetings.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of food & beverage management experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Technical experience in various world cuisines is preferred.
• Strong business acumen, creative flair and excellent English, math and psychometric abilities.
