Housekeeping Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Four Seasons Seychelles on Desroches Island as a Housekeeping Attendant, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are immaculate and welcoming. You will uphold the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and service in a unique tropical resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, offices, washrooms, F&B outlets, front desk, arrival lounge, fitness centre, beach facilities and back‑of‑house areas following Four Seasons procedures.
• Update room status in the Opera system promptly after each cleaning.
• Maintain housekeeping pantries, storage areas and ensure proper waste segregation.
• Drive the housekeeping buggy safely and report any damages, repairs or missing items to the supervisor.
• Adhere to uniform standards, punctuality and professional conduct at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Good command of English and basic math abilities.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage time effectively and work collaboratively.
