About the role

Join Four Seasons Seychelles on Desroches Island as a Lifeguard, ensuring the safety of guests in a pristine beach environment while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor assigned beach and swimming areas during operational hours.
• Respond immediately to water‑related emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid/CPR.
• Maintain and inspect lifesaving equipment, warning signs, and designated swimming zones.
• Monitor weather, tides, currents and advise management of any risks.
• Inform guests of beach safety rules and enforce resort regulations courteously.
• Coordinate with security during emergencies and complete incident reports.

Required profile

• Valid Lifeguard Certificate and Water Rescue Training Certificate.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• Strong swimming ability and excellent physical fitness.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
