Executive Housekeeper Assistant – Club Med Resorts

About the role

The Executive Housekeeper Assistant supports the Housekeeping Manager in delivering a pristine and welcoming environment for guests at Club Med Resorts. You will work closely with reception, laundry and catering teams to ensure seamless daily operations across rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and verify cleaning of hotel rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with reception, laundry and catering to anticipate guest needs.
• Schedule housekeeping staff based on occupancy and occupancy forecasts.
• Monitor work quality to maintain Club Med’s high standards.
• Manage the housekeeping team, whether internal staff or external suppliers.
• Oversee restocking of equipment and control the housekeeping budget.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager and act as their substitute when required.
