Restaurant Assistant Manager – Seychelles

About the role

Club Med is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager at its Seychelles resort (or other overseas locations). You will help ensure smooth daily operations, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to Club Med standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in organising staff schedules and restaurant logistics.
• Supervise buffet set‑up, maintain material, and ensure hygiene and safety procedures are followed.
• Lead, train and develop the restaurant team to deliver excellent service.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and create additional sales opportunities.
• Optimize cost‑effectiveness of service and manage inventory.
• Decorate the restaurant according to evening themes and maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Agile and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Meticulous, attentive and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
