Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

About the role

Cheval Blanc Seychelles is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to support the Director of F&B in overseeing all dining outlets and related facilities. This senior‑level position plays a key role in maintaining the resort’s high standards of service, quality and guest satisfaction within a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in managing daily operations of all restaurants, bars and beach clubs.
• Ensure all outlets meet brand standards, quality benchmarks and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverage lists and product offerings across all venues.
• Support the development and implementation of multi‑skill training programmes for staff.
• Promote a professional appearance and demeanor to create a positive first and last impression for guests.

Required profile

• Degree or certificate in hospitality and catering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a luxury hospitality establishment.
• At least 4 years in a similar assistant manager role.
• Experience in Michelin‑starred restaurants, banqueting and International Receptionist Desk (IRD) environments.
• National Diploma and valid first‑aid certification.
• Additional training or improvement programmes in Food & Beverage operations.
