Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Constance Ephelia, a luxury resort on Mahé, Seychelles, is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence across restaurants, bars, and banqueting services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train and motivate F&B staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Plan and develop menus in collaboration with culinary teams, considering seasonal produce and guest preferences.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and HACCP standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock rotation and liaise with suppliers to control costs.
• Analyse sales data, guest feedback and operational metrics to drive performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Manage special events, functions and banquets with meticulous attention to detail.
• Develop revenue‑management strategies, optimise pricing and run promotional initiatives.
• Oversee staff scheduling, labour cost management and conduct regular quality‑assurance audits.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and champion sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in a resort or luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
