Majordome (Russian Speaking) – Butler

About the role

We are seeking a young, dynamic and self‑motivated Majordome (Butler) to join the Front Office Department of Cheval Blanc Seychelles, a luxury resort on Anse Intendance. The role involves delivering personalized, high‑end service to discerning guests, ensuring every detail of their stay reflects the brand’s standards of excellence.

Required profile

• Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school graduate.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury resort or hotel in a similar role.
• Food & Beverage service background is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, reliable, friendly, polite and open‑minded.
• Keen eye for detail and highly service‑oriented.
• Fluent Russian speaker.
