Guest Service Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Guest Service Attendant at Four Seasons on Desroches Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our exclusive resort. You will ensure a warm welcome, safe transportation, and seamless luggage handling, contributing to the unforgettable luxury experience our brand promises.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their villas or suites, and provide a friendly introduction to the resort.
• Transport and deliver luggage to rooms at check‑in and collect it at departure, maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Operate and maintain the resort buggy, reporting any damage or incidents to security and engineering, and keep the vehicle clean to Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain the Arrival/Departure lounge and back‑office areas tidy, stocked with amenities such as wet towels, water, and welcome drinks.
• Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism, aligning service with Forbes and LQA standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations across public areas.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle guest interactions courteously.
• Physical ability to lift luggage and operate a buggy safely.
