Housekeeping Team Leader – Seychelles Resort

About the role

Club Med Seychelles is looking for a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across its 250‑400 room resort. You will supervise a multicultural housekeeping team, support their development, and act as a key liaison between guests and resort operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, reporting any issues to maintenance.
• Participate in cleaning tasks when needed to maintain service standards.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of automated cleaning equipment.
• Manage inventory levels, identify supply needs, and coordinate replenishment.
• Verify compliance with Club Med quality, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Support, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Discreet, organized, and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Attentive to guest needs, adaptable, and able to supervise a multicultural team.
• Comfortable using digital tools such as 1Check and a Property Management System (PMS).
• 1‑3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role.
