Pool Technician

About the role

The Pool Technician ensures that the resort’s swimming facilities are clean, safe, and operating at peak performance. Working on‑site at a luxury Four Seasons property, you will maintain water quality, equipment functionality, and overall pool area appearance for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up debris and trash on the pool deck and surrounding grounds.
• Vacuum pools, operate skimmers, and manage all associated pool equipment.
• Adjust pool chemicals and temperatures according to standard procedures.
• Monitor and correct chemical levels, water clarity, and waste‑water systems.
• Service and maintain pump rooms, including pumps, filters, and controllers.
• Identify and address safety issues promptly.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as spring clean‑up and winterization.

Required profile

• Ability to follow payroll and uniform procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a pristine pool environment.
• Proactive approach to reporting chemistry problems to management.
