Restaurant Assistant Manager

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering a memorable dining experience for guests in Seychelles or other resort locations. You will help ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling, and logistics.
• Supervise the buffet area, maintain material standards, and ensure hygiene and safety procedures are followed.
• Organise, lead, train and develop the restaurant team to achieve service excellence.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and create additional sales opportunities.
• Optimize cost‑effectiveness of service while maintaining quality.
• Decorate the restaurant according to themed evenings and maintain facilities and equipment.

Required profile

• Agile and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Meticulous, attentive, and able to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
