Revenue & Reservations Manager

About the role

The Revenue & Reservations Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the Revenue/Reservations department, driving revenue generation and ensuring exceptional service standards across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Group Director of Revenue Management.
• Manage PMS and CRS setup, inventory availability, pricing, and daily fluctuations.
• Monitor reservations, deposits, cancellations, adjustments, and ensure accurate guest and rate information.
• Analyze competitive market trends and adjust selling strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Spa & Wellness teams to maximize revenue across all streams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• At least one year of experience as a Revenue & Reservations Manager in a luxury hotel, with a total of three years preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS).
• Proficiency with Central Reservation System (CRS).
